Only reason I am selling this iPad is because I am upgrading. There is a bit of yellowing in the screen nothing major. There a few scratches but not to noticeable. Willing to negotiate a bit so make an offer. Includes a case, paper like screen protector, as well as the glass screen protector that is currently on the iPad plus an extra glass screen protector.
